Social Services Clears Kennedy

Headline in February

Will this make the headlines too? We’ll see if the ‘RFK son hospital baby story’ loses its bite in the tabloids:

“We can now inform you that as a result of the assessment made by local child protective services, no credible evidence was found to believe that the child(ren) has been abused or maltreated. Therefore, the report has been determined ‘unfounded. ”

This is how the letter from Westchester Department of Social Services reads in response to its own investigation into Douglas Kennedy’s confrontation with nurses at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco in January.

Kennedy, of Chappaqua, a Fox News reporter and son of the late Robert F. Kennedy, still faces the law: a misdemeanor child-endangerment count and two violation counts of physical harassment.
