VILLAGE OF LARCHMONT

LARCENY: A Kane Avenue resident reported that his bicycle, valued at $300, was removed from the bicycle rack in Manor Park. Sept. 18

LARCENY: Employees of a Chatsworth Avenue business reported that a man entered the establishment and removed currency from the tip jar which was kept on the counter. Sept. 22

VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK

ARREST: Five teenage boys from Mamaroneck Village were charged with trespassing on private property and two of the teens were also charged with possession of marijuana at Palmer Terrace. Sept. 22

LARCENY: A video surveillance camera was stolen from a hallway in an apartment building on Mamaroneck Avenue. The original suspect questioned did not commit the theft after further investigation. Sept. 22

LARCENY: A Center Avenue resident made a call-in complaint that his car had been broken into and a GPS was taken along with some tools. Sept. 23

BURGLARY: A Seahaven Drive resident made a call-in report that someone had broken into their home and stole several pieces of jewelry. There are no suspects at this time. Sept. 23

ARREST: Three men were charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana after being pulled over for a traffic violation on Lester Avenue. The 41 year-old man from Ohio driving the car was also charged for driving without a license. Sept. 24

ARREST: A 49 year-old man from Mamaroneck Village was charged with DWI after being pulled over on Boston Post Road. Sept. 25

TOWN OF MAMARONECK

LARCENY: A Washington Avenue resident made a call-in complaint that someone had taken several construction items off his property. The cost of the items is valued at $500. Sept. 20

LARCENY: A Briar Del Circle resident made a walk-in complaint that someone broke into his car overnight and took his Magellan GPS. Sept.21

LARCENY: A Brook Road resident made a walk-in complaint that her daughter’s drum bell kit was stolen from Central School. The girl left the kit in class and the person who took the item is still unknown. Sept. 26

RYE

LARCENY: A Grace Church Street resident made a walk-in complaint that his Cannonadale Quick 2 bicycle was stolen from a bike rack chained at Station Plaza. Sept. 21

LARCENY: A Grace Church Street resident made a call-in complaint that his car had been broken into and his iPod was stolen. The car was found with the driver’s side window smashed. Sept. 21
