VILLAGE OF LARCHMONT

ARREST: A New Rochelle man was arrested after he was observed removing money from the charity box at St Augustine’s Church. The 43 year-old was charged with Petit Larceny and Possession of Burglar Tools.  He was arraigned, bail set at $200, and remanded to the Westchester County Jail. Sept. 4

ARREST: A Mamaroneck Village man was arrested after he was observed operating his vehicle on Boston Post Road and committing a traffic infraction.  The 21 year-old was charged with DWI, and released on $200 bail. Sept. 9

 

VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK

CRIME OF THE WEEK:  A 20 year-old man from Mamaroneck village was charged with harassment after hitting a 48 year-old man in the face during an altercation. He also charged with resisting arrest. Sept. 10

ARREST: Three men were arrested for drug possession and the selling of drugs on old White Plains road after a call-in report of suspicious activity. Sept. 8

ARREST: A 35 year-old man from Mamaroneck Village was arrested for marijuana possession and drinking alcohol in public. Police stopped the man on West Boston post road after they spotted him with an open container. Sept. 9

ARREST: A 27 year-old man from Mamaroneck Village was charged with a DWI after being pulled over for a traffic violation on Ward Avenue. Sept. 9

ARREST: An 18 year-old man from Mamaroneck Village was arrested for DWI after committing a traffic infraction on Mamaroneck Avenue. Sept. 9

TOWN OF MAMARONECK

LARCENY: A Hommocks Road resident made a walk-in complaint that his license plates were stolen from his car. The man left his car parked on the street overnight and found the plates missing from his car in the morning. Sept. 12

RYE

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT: a Theall Road resident made a call-in complaint that someone keeps calling her throughout the day. The number of the offender does not show up on caller ID. She was advised to contact Verizon to identify the caller. Sept. 8

SCARSDALE

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT: A Bell Road resident made a walk-in complaint that a former friend of his continuously sends him text messages, threatening to harm him physically. He also stated that if the complainant called the police he would harm him. Patrol called the offender at his house and told him to stop contacting the complainant. Sept. 8
