LARCENY: A Mamaroneck Town resident reported that his bicycle, valued at $250, was removed from the bicycle rack in Lot 1. April 3

THEFT OF SERVICES: A cab driver reported that he drove a male from Lot 3 to an undetermined location and that upon arrival to the location the male exited the cab without paying the fare. April 5

LARCENY: A Jochum Avenue resident reported that someone opened several credit card accounts in her name and charged the cards for goods and merchandise in excess of $2,000. April 6

DWI ARREST: Police arrested a New Rochelle man after being involved on a car accident. The 47-year-old man was charged with Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $5,000 bail. April 6

LARCENY: A Boston Post Road resident reported that his bicycle, valued at $200, was removed from the bicycle rack in Lot 3. April 7

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST: Police arrested a Yonkers man for driving with a suspended license after he committed a traffic infraction on Boston Post Road and committing a traffic infraction. April 9



ARREST: Police arrested a 25 year-old Tarrytown man for driving under the influence. April 7

HARASSMENT: A Peck Avenue resident reported being harassed by a man who lives in her apartment complex following a dispute in the parking lot. The man man reportedly told the woman not to call the police, saying that she will “See what happens.”  April 7

HARASSMENT: A Harrison resident reported that an employee of Smoothie King on Purchase Street threw a smoothie and menu pad at her. The incident occurred due to an argument over a product between the customer and employee. April 10

ARREST: A Connecticut resident was arrested for DUI while parked at the intersection of Boston Post Road and Peck Avenue. A Vincent’s Tow Truck driver had called police, stating that there was a white car parked at the traffic light. Patrol arrived on the scene and found the offender behind the wheel, incapable of operating the car. April 10



LARCENY: Someone reportedly stole a bicycle worth $100 from a Hall Street resident’s driveway on March 28. The victim reported the crime April 6

BURGLARY: Someone broke into an East Boston Post Road store, stealing several boxes of cigarettes, cigars, lighters and $50. The total cost of the stolen property is approximately $500. April 7

LARCENY: A Halstead Avenue resident reported that two ladders had been taken without permission. The approximate value of both ladders is $600. April 7

LARCENY: Someone stole a deck chair worth $250 from the porch of a Grove Street residence. April 10

LARCENY: A Mount Pleasant Avenue resident reported that someone stole his or her credit card and made several purchases of an undisclosed amount. April 10


LARCENY: Someone stole a GPS worth about $125 from a Grand Park Avenue resident’s car. April 5

LARCENY: Someone stole a GPS worth $250 and a cell phone worth $300 from a car parked at a Rocky Hollow Drive residence.. April 5



LARCENY: A Wildwood Road resident reported that his car was broken into overnight and a few items were removed from the car. Patrol noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side door. Patrol also believed the offender used a tool to pop the lock and enter the vehicle. An approximate value of $3,000 in property was stolen. April 10

BURGLARY: A Catherine Road resident reported that his home had been broken into sometime from April 8 to April 10. The house’s side window was found smashed and the family did not set the alarm system before they left. Patrol did a search of the house and found the master bedroom and daughter’s room rummaged through. Jewelry was removed from both rooms. Police asked neighbors if they saw any suspicious activity within the residence, but turned up with negative results. April 10
