NY State Redistricting Bill Carves Up New Rochelle

Print

For those of you who can follow this sort of gerrymandering, State Rep George Latimer, who represents the 91st Legislative District in Albany, sent along the actual bill language that carves up Senate Districts in New Rochelle.

  1. Funny how these politiicans come out of the woodwork when something doesn’t favor them or their party (Latimer especially dislikes the senate lines because he wants to run for this seat) and yet they’re silent when it favors them or their party.

For example, did Latimer say 1 word when the New Rochelle Democrats hacked up the council lines which were totally stacked in their favor? No he didn’t say a thing, but now its a big problem. Hypocracy a its best.

  2. Polly is this the same redistricting ridiculousness that is taking larchmont out of Nita Loweys district (and i guess putting us in Engel’s?)
