WHITE PLAINS–Here at theLoop, we’re having a little trouble with this guy. The Westchester DA says a guilty plea came today from one Jose Piedra of Sleepy Hollow for “Unlawful Surveillance in the Second Degree.”
The complaint says, “On August 22, 2011, the defendant was observed by store security in the Target store at the City Center in White Plains milling around the store acting suspiciously and using a cellular telephone to record the intimate areas of women underneath their skirts.”
Lots more found on his cell phone. Sentencing will be on December 13th, 2012. The defendant faces a maximum sentence of 4 years in state prison.
