Complaint Reports from the New Rochelle Police for April 8-10, 2011:



LARCENY: Someone stole a laptop computer worth $500 from the trunk of a Toyota. There was no sign of forced entry. April 8.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: A Webster Avenue resident reported his rear screen door cut, a rear window damaged and a rear ground-level window pulled out of place. Nothing was stolen. April 8.

LARCENY: A man who works at Surf Club on Davenport Avenue reportedly stole $70 from a woman’s purse.  April 9.

MENACING: A 29-year-old man reported being approached at the train station by three men, one of who threatened him with a knife. The men ran away when the victim called police. April 10.

LARCENY:  Someone stole a cell phone worth about $200 and a driver’s license from a Honda parked on Pintard Avenue. The passenger side window was broken. April 10.

BURGLARY: Someone stole a laptop computer worth about $320 and a laundry bag from a residence while the man who lives there was away for a week. April 10.

LARCENY: Someone stole vehicle registration and insurance cards, and two dresses worth $100, from a Honda Accord parked on Carlton Road.  April 10.
