From the Mamaroneck School District:

Come cheer on our back-to-back State championship field hockey team (#1 seed) Friday, Oct. 28, in the Section quarterfinals at Home (MHS, Memorial Field) vs. Clarkstown North, 3 pm.  Mamaroneck, in the latest MAX Field Hockey rankings, was ranked #6 in the Northeast region.


Volleyball plays 1st round of Sectionals at North Rockland, Oct. 28, 4:30 pm


The Tigers won their last football game to advance to the Frawley Strong Bowl game at Clarkstown North at 7 pm, Oct. 28.

Congratulations to the MHS girls varsity tennis team on making it to the State Championships this coming weekend after coming in 3rd Place (out of 24 teams) at Sectionals and completing a terrific fall season with a 10-2 record.   Juliette Nask, who is just 13 and an 8th grader from Hommocks, (she is the youngest tennis player in the district to make Varsity #1 Singles Player) teamed up with Varsity #3 Singles player Katherine Orgielewicz and won their way through Conference rounds and Sectionals these past few weeks.

They will play in the State Championships this Saturday, Sunday and Monday (10/29-10/31) at Sound shore Indoor Tennis in Port Chester.  Matches start at 12 noon.
