It seems a good time to wonder why exactly there is a February 29 every four years. Leap Day.
Says the Daily News, ” leap year is a year when an extra day is added at the end of the month of February. This happens approximately (but NOT every) four years. This applies to anyone who uses the Gregorian calendar – which is pretty much the whole world.
Then there are those born on Feb. 29. How do they count their birthdays? Time lists some of them, including a serial killer and Tony Robbins.
Have a happy Leap Day!
