JESSE DAVID WOLFF, born August 26, 1913 to Maurice and Annalee (Weiskopf) Wolff, Minneapolis, Mn. Attended Dartmouth College, captain of the hockey team, DKE, graduated 1935. Harvard Law School 1938. Went to work for Weil, Gotshal and Manges law firm in New York City in 1938. Served in the U.S. Army 1942-45, 1st lieutenant, Judge Advocate General’s Office. Returned to WG&M where he practiced law until 2011 and was managing partner for twenty years. Served on the board of the American Red Cross of Greater New York on the board of Sotheby-Parke-Bernet. Resident of Mamaroneck, New York since 1952. Survived by his wife of seventy-two years,Elizabeth (Hess) Wolff; his three children (Nancy Nicholas, Paula Wolff (Wayne Whalen), Daniel Wolff (Marta Renzi); seven grand-children (Amanda Whalen, Clementine Whalen, Antonia Whalen, Nathaniel Luke Whalen, Daniel Hodges, Amos Wolff, Lorenzo Wolff) and five great-grand-children.
