Dear editrix: On behalf of all Larchmartians who are frustrated

by the archaic feed-the-dollar-bills into-the-machine parking system we now have at the train station, do you know if there is any update from Village Hall on the promised new-and-improved, easy-to-use system coming in January?

... But don't forget that those super-effective village staff are the ones that we cannot afford to save by consolidating because they are such stars in managing everything else (especially contract negotiations when it comes to their salaries and perks)

Total BS..TOTAL, TOTAL BS...There are two reasons to live here. TWO: proximity to NYC/ease of the train and the schools. The school budget is a disaster, private funding had to build usable fields and now your killing us on stupid parking fees at the train. Save the copper-topped streetlights, the tree plantings the lovely, unused gazebos and the Pet Parade and make the things that matter WORK!
