Join us for a panel discussion with the experts as we offer advice on how to restore your home and highlight its best features, with period-appropriate design, colors, and landscaping.


 November 6th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Fordyce Cottage 20 Maple Avenue, Larchmont


 


Susan Emery – Longstanding LHS board member and former Annual House Tour Chair, Susan is a historic home renovation consultant.  She holds a degree in Art History from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in the History of the Decorative Arts, Design, and Culture from the Bard Graduate Center.


Debra Kling – Holds a degree in the Arts from Mount Holyoke College, as well as an advanced degree from Columbia University in New York. Debra is a Certified Color Specialist, credentialed by the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.


Gina Samarotto – Formally trained in horticulture and design through Cornell University, Gina has more than two decades of landscape and interior design background.  Gina is the founder and principal designer of The Samarotto Design Group. 


Pamela Washington – Owner of Washington Restoration Ltd a local construction firm which has worked on many historic homes in the area.  Pam graduated from Brown University with concentrations in Psychology and Architectural History.
