Mary E. Capiola (nee Sarlo) of Harrison, NY, formerly of White Plains and Mamaroneck, died on March 23, 2014. She was 93, born in Mamaroneck on April 9, 1920 to the late John and Emelia (nee Mason) Sarlo. Beloved wife of 70 years to the late James Capiola, loving mother of James (Candy) Capiola and Dr. Raymond (Nellie) Capiola, devoted grandmother of James (Tina) Capiola, Lynn (Joe) Zicari, Drs. David (Julie) Capiola and Christina Capiola and great-grandmother of Audrey, Brandon and Justin Capiola, cherished sister of Humphrey Sarlo and many dear nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her cherished siblings, Catherine Ciraco, James, John, Dominick, Lewis, Joseph, Rocco and Emelia Sarlo.
