The case involving Mamaroneck mother Cynthia Arce is adjourned until May 17, after her appearance Thursday in Mamaroneck Village Court, according to Westchester District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr.

Arce, 28, did not appear in court because she is recovering after police tasered and shot her at her home at 507 Chestnut Ave. on Saturday.

The latest (May 3, 2018) statement from the DA  does not provide much more information about the investigation or the autopsy results on 2 year old Gabriella Maria Boyd, who died a few hours after a domestic incident in Mamaroneck in which two Village of Mamaroneck Police officers were injured.
