A contractor performing work at a Chatsworth Ave residence reported on 3/11 that someone removed equipment valued at $1300 that had been left in the residence since 2/26 during the construction.
VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST
A Mamaroneck Village man was arrested on 3/12 and charged with operating with a revoked non-driver identification, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, after he was observed driving a vehicle on Boston Post Rd. and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on $ 90 bail.
PENAL LAW ARREST
A Mamaroneck Village man was arrested on 3/13 after he was stopped for driving a vehicle on Boston Post Rd and committing a traffic infraction. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and released on his own recognizance.
A Dean Place resident was arrested on 3/15 after he was observed driving a vehicle on Mayhew Ave and committing a traffic infraction. Christopher SILO, 42, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest. He was released after posting $300 bail.
Town of Mamaroneck-
On March 20- The sound barrier wall and staircase were defaced with graffiti in commuter parking lot off of Myrtle Blvd..
On March 12- Identity theft in the 1st degree : victim’s Chase account notified them of a person trying to cash check worth $1200. Victim was notified before check was cashed.
Village of Mamaroneck
On March 21- a vehicle accident occurred on Travers Ave. in which one adult and five children were transported to the hospital for evaluations.
Larceny was reported on Alda Road on March 21st. Complaint reports several pieces of jewelry were taken. Currently still under investigation.
On March 21, 52 year old male from New Rochelle was arrested on Palmer Avenue for obstructing government administration and for interfering with official function. The man tried to enter a vehicle being impounded.
Larceny was reported on a March 22 at Mamaroneck High School on West Boston Post Road. An iPhone and Ipod were stolen from locker. Currently still under investigation.
On March 22, 24 year old homeless woman was arrested on Heathcote Ave for disorderly conduct and possession of cocaine.
