This is hilarious. Or sad. We can’t decide. So Willie Nelson, storied folk singer, does a gig at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester Sept. 19, and someone steals his armadillo.
The stuffed armadillo, affectionately named Ol’ Dillo, is Nelson’s “official mascot,” according to reports.
Nelson & Family played two nights at The Cap as part of the theater’s official one-year anniversary celebration on Sept. 18 and 19. Theatre workers said to be combing through hours of video images looking for the thief.
CNN has video of the alleged crime…and shows a woman holding the bag.
